Heaven Scent Cleaning is committed to providing our customers with a healthy home and workplace. This has always been our top priority. As we all adjust our lives during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we want to share the steps we are taking to ensure that our services are being delivered in the healthiest manner to help you clean your home and protect your family. As we learn more about SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes the COVID-19 disease, we continue to develop protocols and procedures to keep our employees and your family safe.
We have stepped up our standard procedures and now wear gloves BEFORE entering your home that will remain on until we finish cleaning. All of our equipment is disinfected between every client cleaning session.
Our team members are instructed to stay home if they feel under the weather. If you or a family member are feeling under the weather or are self-quarantining, please let us know and we will reschedule at a later date.
Enhanced Safety Procedures
Our teams are trained to take special precautions to ensure a healthier environment including wearing personal protective equipment (i.e., disposable gloves, and masks appropriate), regularly washing hands and minimizing physical interactions. As always, our teams are friendly and caring – and your health is our primary concern
Strict Equipment Protocols
Our routine protocols include completing a daily comprehensive cleaning of equipment. Our team applies hospital-grade sanitizer and wipes down equipment between each cleaning service to ensure clean equipment for the next home.
